How This Work is Held

All offerings within The Grounded Core are rooted in the same foundation:

Stillness

Reflection

Presence

This is not work that directs or instructs.

It creates space for thinking to unfold, for experience to be understood, values to be clarified and for clarity to emerge without pressure.

Whether in individual conversation or shared environments, the pace remains unhurried.

The intention remains the same.

One-to-One Reflection

A private space to think, to speak, and to understand what is present.

These conversations offer a dedicated space to slow down and explore your internal experience without pressure.

Often what is brought into this space is layered,

responsibility, questions, decisions, or a sense that something feels unclear.

Through careful listening and thoughtful inquiry, the work supports:

• making sense of what feels complex

• softening internal pressure

• seeing your situation with greater perspective

• reconnecting with your own discernment

There is no expectation to arrive with clarity.

Clarity develops here.

Individual sessions typically begin at $110.

Ideal for: Adults, teens, and individuals seeking space to reflect

Reflective Mentoring & Guidance

Guidance with space to think for yourself.

Some seasons of life call not only for reflection, but for grounded perspective.

Reflective Mentoring offers a space where thoughtful guidance can meet personal insight.

This work may be supportive when navigating:

• life transitions

• confidence and identity shifts

• career or personal direction

• leadership growth

• decision-making during uncertain seasons

• wanting perspective without pressure

Unlike traditional mentoring, this is not about being told what to do.

It is a space where experience, reflection, and thoughtful guidance come together, so your own clarity can strengthen.

Mentoring sessions begin at $125.

Ideal for: Young adults, professionals, leaders, and individuals navigating change

Group Reflection

Shared space, held with care.

Group conversations create an environment where reflection happens both individually and collectively.

These spaces are not centered on performance or sharing for the sake of sharing.

They are structured to allow:

• thoughtful dialogue

• quiet reflection alongside others

• deeper listening and mutual understanding

• connection without pressure

Each group is facilitated to maintain a sense of safety, steadiness, and respect for individual experience.

Group sessions are offered at accessible rates, depending on format and structure.

Ideal for: Communities, peer groups, and organizations

Workshops

Reflective space within structured environments

Workshops introduce reflective practice into environments that are often fast-paced and outcome-driven.

These sessions create room within existing structures for:

• emotional awareness

• internal processing

• thoughtful response rather than reaction

• steadiness within complexity

Workshops are adapted to the context,

whether for students, educators, or teams.

The intention is not to add more.

It is to create space within what already exists.

Workshop engagements are tailored to each setting, with pricing shared upon conversation.

Speaking & Facilitation

Opening space within larger conversations

Speaking engagements and facilitated sessions bring reflective practice into broader settings.

These spaces are designed to:

• introduce new ways of understanding internal experience

• create moments of pause within larger environments

• invite reflection without pressure or expectation

Each engagement is shaped with care,

to meet the tone, pace, and needs of the audience.

Speaking engagements are customized based on audience and format.

Organizational Partnerships

Grounded Core partners with schools, senior communities, organizations, and wellbeing providers seeking thoughtful programming that supports mental wellbeing, reflection, and human connection.

Programs are customized to the needs of each community and may include one-to-one coaching, facilitated group sessions, workshops, and speaking engagements.

Whether supporting students, residents, employees, or community members, the intention remains the same: to create space for greater clarity, steadiness, and meaningful connection.

There is no single way to begin.

Some enter through conversation.
Some through shared space.
Some through quiet curiosity.

Each is a valid place to start.

If you feel drawn to this work, you’re welcome to begin a conversation.

What Remains Consistent

Across all offerings, the experience remains grounded in:

• a calm, non-judgmental environment

• thoughtful, attentive listening

• space for uncertainty and reflection

• an absence of pressure to perform or resolve

This work does not move quickly.

It moves with care.
